Minh Nguyen is a Senior Scientist in the Sensors and Electronics Laboratory at HRL Laboratories in Malibu California. Nguyen has over 15 years of focused experience in developing and managing multiples research projects on Antimonide-based infrared detectors and imagers, spanning from the Visible/Short wave infrared through the very long wave infrared bands. His expertise includes device modeling/design, epitaxial growth, device fabrication and testing. Nguyen has authored/co-authored six book chapters, more than 80 technical papers with over 3700 citations and an h-index of 37.
